By joining us for Maggie’s Run, your support helps fund meaningful enhancements that improve quality of life for the residents and clients of McCormick Home and McCormick Dementia Services. This includes client subsidies for those facing financial barriers, enriching recreation programs with music, art, and animal therapy, safety and technology upgrades, and therapeutic gardening initiatives.
ABOUT MAGGIE'S RUN
Maggie Hanham’s legacy of resilience and compassion extends far beyond her work as a dedicated perinatal nurse. After selflessly caring for her husband and later facing her own Alzheimer’s diagnosis, Maggie’s journey continues to inspire through this annual event.
Maggie’s Run participants enjoy various meaningful activities, including a scenic 5K or 10K course, a 2.5K Walk, the Resident 1K Roll/Stroll, and the Community Celebration and Wellness Fair. It’s an unforgettable day filled with music, food, and fun for all ages. Dance to the beats of our talented DJ and explore the Wellness Area, where experts share tips on living a healthy, balanced life.
