We know the key to staying healthy as we age is to stay fit! That's why we're challenging you to create your own 5-Day Fit Challenge - walk, run, spin, or work out. Participate your way by creating your own 5-day, 20-min routine, and remember it's only as good as you make it!
Exercise for a minimum of 20 min each day, during the week of November 16-20, 2020
Take a daily photo or video of yourself - before, during, or after your workouts
Share your daily photos on Facebook or Instagram with #McCormickFitChallenge to let everyone know you're getting Fit For Care!
Join as an Individual or Create/Join a team and invite your friends to participate
Make a donation of any amount - we're recommending a min donation of $25 but we're grateful for all donations.
Share with your family and friends to "like" and support your fundraising efforts - don't forget to thank your supporters for helping support residents at McCormick Home.

Aside from bragging rights - we'll be providing special Team Awards* Plus, the overall* individual who raises the most money will receive the Top Individual Fundraiser Award presented by InstaHome.

Fit for Care is a series of wellness events and fitness challenges that raises funds for the McCormick Care Foundation. It is an innovative collaboration between McCormick Care Foundation and Fanshawe College’s Recreation and Leisure students in support of enhancing care, enriching lives, and advancing dementia care at McCormick Care Group.
This year's fundraising goal is $10,000 for the purchase of a wheel-chair tandem bicycle and garden enhancements through virtual events, happening during the week of November 16 – 20, 2020.
